The property passed to the Taticchi family in the 1800s and was later modified to take on its current appearance. The villa has always been the scene of parties and banquets for the family given its strong vocation, was opened to the public in 1988 as a farm and then later also as a restaurant.

It is an imposing building that rises about 100 meters from the left bank of the Tiber river; its construction dates back to different eras. The building is subject to the constraint of the ministry of cultural and environmental heritage. According to the historical-artistic relationship of the superintendent for environmental, architectural, artistic and historical heritage, the central nucleus of the villa is represented by a medieval tower dating back to the fourteenth century, consisting of four superimposed environments. Over time, various buildings have been added to it, most of which date back to the 19th century; However, the Villa has acquired its current aspect mainly thanks to interventions made at the beginning of 1900 (source wikipedia).

Passata di proprietà alla famiglia Taticchi nel 1800 è stata poi modificata fino ad assumere l’aspetto attuale. La villa, da sempre teatro di feste e banchetti per la famiglia data la sua spiccata vocazione, venne aperta al pubblico nel 1988 come agriturismo e poi successivamente anche come ristorante.

E’ un’imponente costruzione che sorge a circa 100 metri dalla sponda sinistra del fiume Tevere; la sua costruzione risale ad epoche diverse. L’immobile è sottoposto al vincolo del ministero dei beni culturali ed ambientali. Secondo la relazione storico-artistica del soprintendente per i beni ambientali, architettonici, artistici e storici, il nucleo centrale della villa è rappresentato da una torre medievale risalente al XIV secolo, costituita da quattro ambienti sovrapposti. Nel tempo sono state affiancate ad essa diverse costruzioni, la maggior parte delle quali risale al XIX secolo; la Villa ha però acquisito l’aspetto attuale soprattutto grazie ad interventi realizzati all’inizio del 1900 (fonte wikipedia).
