Under the suggestive medieval walkway along the walls is the restaurant Osteria le Civette. Inside the restaurant a pantry of books also dedicated to gastronomy to browse and taste together with the proposals of the territory of the Umbrian and Tuscan Valtiberina. The dishes offered change weekly according to the seasons, varying colors and flavors. Never lack soups based on fresh vegetables served in combination with special breads, sheep and goat cheeses make the tasting proposal unique.
In plain sight, under glass bells, biscuits and dry cakes prepared at home: Torcoli, Apple tarts, rolls with Jams.
The wine list collects labels from the Valtiberina and from the areas of Arezzo and Perugia, favoring offers at decidedly low prices and the possibility of bringing your favorite bottle from your cellar.

Sotto un suggestivo camminamento medioevale lungo le mura si trova il ristorante Osteria le Civette. All'interno del ristorante una dispensa di libri dedicati anche alla gastronomia da sfogliare e gustare insieme alle proposte del territorio della Valtiberina Umbra e Toscana. I piatti proposti cambiano settimanalmente seguendo le stagioni, variando colori e sapori. Non mancano mai le zuppe a base di verdure fresche servite in abbinamento a pani speciali, i formaggi di pecora e capra rendono unica la proposta di degustazione.
In bella vista, sotto campane di vetro, biscotti e dolci secchi preparati in casa: Torcoli, Crostate di Mele, rotoli con Marmellate.
La carta dei Vini raccoglie etichette della Valtiberina e delle zone di Arezzo e Perugia privilegiando offerte a prezzi decisamente contenuti e la possibilità di portare dalla propria cantina la bottiglia preferita.
