The Grffin’s Resort in Umbria dominates a large estate of over 87 hectares of hilly land characterized mostly by forest , 7 hactares planted with vineyards, olive tress and orchards. Set at over 500 meters high, the ancient summer residence and hunting estate of Count Valentini od Orvieto date back to the end of the 1800s.

The Griffin’s Resort welcome its guests in 16 rooms in total, among them 14 rooms are located in the central villa and 2 of them are in the nearby cottages. Among the services the restaurant “Tempo dei Sensi” characterized by an evocative tasting cellar the cave, a suggestive indoor room, a winter garden and a panoramic terrace for breakfast and summer dinners.
