> On the hills to the south-west of Gubbio, nestled on a natural terrace overlooking Valle dell’Assino joining Gubbio and Umbertide, Niki’s Resort is located, an old village from 1137 composed of the Church of Santa Maria di Agnano, its fortress to defend the territory consisting of a central body with a tower that served as a lookout post on the valley below, in addition to another building.
Set in an atmosphere from another time, along “the paths of silence” that characterised the spiritual history of Umbria and Le Marche, influencing social life from 1200 onwards, Niki’s Resort has been completely restored, maintaining the original materials and forms, with furniture designed with care to respect the simplicity, style and atmosphere of a small jewel of medieval architecture and history.

> Sulle alture a sud-ovest di Gubbio, adagiato su una terrazza naturale che domina la Valle dell’Assino che congiunge Gubbio ad Umbertide, sorge Niki’s Resort un antico borghetto del 1137 composto dalla Chiesa di Santa Maria di Agnano, dalla sua fortezza a difesa del territorio, costituita da un corpo centrale con una torre che fungeva da posto di avvistamento sulla valle sottostante, oltre ad un altro edificio.
Immerso in un’atmosfera d’altri tempi, lungo “i sentieri del silenzio” che hanno caratterizzato la storia spirituale di Umbria e Marche condizionandone la vita sociale dal 1200 in poi, Nikis resort è stato interamente restaurato mantenendo forme e materiali originali, con un mobilio studiato con cura per rispettare con la sobrietà, lo stile e l’atmosfera di un piccolo gioiello di architettura e storia medioevale.
