() Umbrian love fasting
A couple of years ago, I unconsciously escaped from the “big world” and moved to one of the most beautiful and ancient town in Italy, Assisi. It is located in the Umbria region or "Green Heart" as it is also called.
This is the only region that is not washed by the sea, or is not adjacent to other countries.
Throughout Italy, Umbria is said to be the country's spiritual citadel, its religious heart. Here lived Francisc, the most famous holy person among Italians.
Umbria is replete with lush nature, olive oil and grapes are grown here.

I am very lucky because I have an amazing opportunity - to travel along the most interesting routes of this ancient and wonderful region.
The vibrant colors of pristine forests, green hills and pristine views of Umbria captivate at first sight. And the solitude of these places gives a feeling of peace and inner silence.
It is good and beautiful here in every sense. But in any case, it is not beauty that causes in us a feeling of love, but it is love that makes us see beauty🙏🏻

() Пост любви к Умбрии💚 Пару лет назад я неосознанно сбежала из «большого мира», и переехала в один из самых красивых и древних городов Италии, город Ассизи. Он находится в регионе Умбрия или «Зелёное сердце», как его ещё называют. Это единственный регион, который не омывается морем, или не состоит в соседстве с другими странами. По всей Италии об Умбрии говорят, что это духовная цитадель страны, ее религиозное сердце. Здесь жил тот самый Франциск, самый почитаемый святой итальянцев. Умбрия пестрит пышной природой, здесь выращивают оливковое масло и виноград.

Мне очень повезло, потому что у меня есть удивительная возможность - путешествовать по самым интересным маршрутам этого древнего и чудесного региона. Яркие краски нетронутых лесов, нежно-зелёных холмов и первозданные виды Умбрии очаровывают с первого взгляда. А уединённость этих мест дарит ощущение беззаботности и внутренней тишины. Здесь хорошо и красиво во всех смыслах. Но в любом случае, не красота вызывает в нас чувство любви, а именно любовь заставляет нас видеть красоту🙏🏻

() L'Umbria si ama velocemente.
Un paio di anni fa sono scappato inconsapevolmente dal “grande mondo” e mi sono trasferita in una delle città più belle e antiche d'Italia, la città di Assisi.
Si trova nella regione Umbria o "Cuore Verde" come viene anche chiamato.
Questa è l'unica regione che non è bagnata dal mare o non è adiacente ad altri paesi.
In tutta Italia, si dice che l'Umbria il luogo spirituale del paese, il suo cuore religioso. Quello stesso Francesco ha vissuto qui, il santo più venerato degli italiani.
L'Umbria è piena di natura rigogliosa, qui vengono coltivati ​​olio d'oliva e uva.

Sono molto fortunata perché ho una straordinaria opportunità: viaggiare lungo i percorsi più interessanti di questa antica e meravigliosa regione.
I colori vibranti di foreste incontaminate, colline verde chiaro e panorami incontaminati dell'Umbria affascinano a prima vista. E la solitudine di questi luoghi dà una sensazione di pace e silenzio interiore.
È bello e bello qui in tutti i sensi. Ma in ogni caso, non è la bellezza che ci fa provare amore, ma è l'amore che ci fa vedere la bellezza.
