Once used as storages for agricultural use, the indoor areas that today make up the Relais Casamassima have been designed in detail with sober elegance, and the skilful play of colors makes every corner of the structure unique and worthy of a small charming Bed & Breakfast, with three spacious Suites, a Junior Suite and a refined Deluxe Room, all elegantly furnished.
Breakfast is served on the outdoor patio in fine weather, or in a bright room once used as a greenhouse. The old stable, now a library full of books on Perugia and Umbria, is available to guests who want to discover and deepen their knowledge of this area.

From the park, which surrounds the entire property, you reach a gazebo where in summer you can receive relaxing massages, and then dive into the small private pool from which the view sweeps pleasantly between the olive groves and vineyards of the farm, which has always been connected to the agritourism business. Here DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil and three varieties of IGT wines are produced.

The garden below produces fruit and vegetables for all seasons, as well as the hens produce fresh eggs, all of which can be tasted for breakfast or for a meal upon request in the structure. Walking through the grounds of the property it is also possible to meet the sheep of the farm with the lambs grazing.

The Relais Casamassima is also a location for the on-site celebration of weddings with a Civil Rite; can host small receptions, birthday parties and all sorts of private events.

() Il Relais Casamassima, bellissima residenza d’epoca finemente ristrutturata, si trova a soli 5 chilometri da Perugia, in un contesto ricercato ma piacevolmente informale nel cuore delle colline umbre.

Un tempo adibiti a locali per uso agricolo, gli ambienti che ad oggi compongono il Relais Casamassima sono curati nei dettagli con sobria eleganza, e il sapiente gioco dei colori rende ogni angolo della struttura unico e degno di un piccolo Bed&Breakfast di Charme, con tre spaziose Suites, una Junior Suite e una raffinata Camera Deluxe, tutte elegantemente arredate.
La prima colazione viene servita nel patio esterno nella bella stagione, o in una luminosa sala un tempo adibita a serra. La vecchia stalla, ora biblioteca ricca di libri su Perugia e l’Umbria, è a disposizione degli ospiti che vogliono scoprire e approfondire la conoscenza di questo territorio.

Dal parco, che circonda l’intera proprietà, si raggiunge un gazebo dove in estate è possibile ricevere rilassanti massaggi, per poi tuffarsi nella piccola piscina privata da cui la vista spazia piacevolmente fra gli uliveti e i vigneti dell’Azienda Agricola, da sempre collegata all’attività agrituristica. Qui si producono Olio Extravergine di Oliva DOP e tre varietà di vini IGT.

L’orto sottostante produce frutta e verdura per tutte le stagioni, così come le galline producono uova fresche, tutto degustabile a colazione o in occasione di un pasto su richiesta in struttura.

Il Relais Casamassima è anche location per la celebrazione in loco di matrimoni con Rito Civile; può ospitare piccoli ricevimenti, feste di compleanno e ogni sorta di eventi privati.
