Villa Fabri is truly an extraordinary testimony in terms of art, as well as history: the decoration of the Cappella dei Boemi, with St. Wenceslas patron of the Czech Republic and Bohemia, constitutes the second most important work of the school in Italy, after the Crypt of Montecassino of Beuron.
The Benedictine artistic school of Beuron, a Swedish art movement developed in the mid-nineteenth century thanks to Peter Lenz, a Benedictine monk with the name of Don Desiderio, and inspired by Egyptian, Greek, Roman and Byzantine pictorial models, will build bridges to art nouveau and modernity
