> The idea came to us thinking of a place to spend the entire evening, from dinner to after dinner. By "excellence" in the kitchen we mean the choice of raw materials, a purely seasonal menu with constant variability, a cellar of wines and spirits of the highest level and, last but not least, the triptych of professionals that will amalgamate these components. We have chosen to combine our cuisine with art and culture. Our small and cozy bistro, frequently, gives space to various artistic-cultural initiatives, of which we provide a calendar directly in the room, on social media and in our web page.
Every month the walls of La Forchetta Bistrot host works by photographers, painters, sculptors and, at the end of each exhibition session, we organize an ad hoc dinner to let you know him and talk to them. At least twice a week our little box hosts individual artists who entertain our guests with single instruments, monologues, readings or cabarets after dinner. We also give life, on a reserved space that we have called "Le table unique", to theme dinners for only 6/8 diners, a unique opportunity to review a book or a film. The beautiful outdoor garden in spring-summer, turns into the ideal location to give life to concerts and fashion shows.

> L’idea ci è venuta pensando ad un luogo in cui passare l’intera serata, dalla cena al dopo cena. Per “eccellenza” in cucina intendiamo la scelta delle materie prime, un menù prettamente stagionale con variabilità costante, una cantina di vini e distillati di altissimo livello e, non in ultimo, il trittico di professionisti che amalgamerà queste componenti. Abbiamo scelto di abbinare la nostra cucina all’arte e alla cultura. Il nostro piccolo e accogliente bistrot, di frequente, dà spazio a diverse iniziative artistico-culturali, di cui forniamo un calendario direttamente nel locale, sui social e nella nostra pagina web.
Ogni mese le pareti de La Forchetta Bistrot ospitano opere di fotografi, pittori, scultori e, alla fine di ogni sessione espositiva, organizziamo una cena ad hoc per permettervi di conoscerlo/a e interloquire con loro. Almeno due volte a settimana il nostro piccolo palchetto ospita singoli artisti che nel dopo cena intrattengono i nostri ospiti con singoli strumenti, monologhi, letture o cabaret. Diamo anche vita, su uno spazio riservato che abbiamo chiamato “Le table unique”, a cene a tema per solo 6/8 commensali, un’occasione unica per recensire un libro o un film. Il bellissimo giardino esterno in primavera-estate, si trasforma nella location ideale per dare vita a concerti e sfilate di moda.
