> Oggi vi portiamo alla tavola di Benozzo, dove l’eleganza formale dell’apparecchiatura rinascimentale, si unisce alla semplicità del cibo rappresentato.
Ampolle di vetro dal lungo collo, per meglio decantare l’aroma del vino, zuppiere in argento finemente cesellate, pane bianco e crostata di marmellata, spiccano su una candida tovaglia.
Sono passati secoli eppure la nostra tavola non è cambiata poi molto, il gusto della tradizione rimane.
