> The remains of the Roman Bridge located near Narni. Used in ancient times for the crossing of the gorge created by the river Nera. Quoted from classical sources, portrayed by artists and travelers, a true masterpiece of Roman architecture, it is to be related to the great renovations desired by Augustus in 27 BC, along the path of the consular road Flaminia. Of the imposing original structure there are two arched pylons on the bank of Mount Corviano, an opposed section on the side of the Santa Croce mountain and the ruins of two pylons of the central arch, collapsed before 1055.
> I resti del Ponte di epoca romana situato nei pressi di Narni. Utilizzato anticamente per l'attraversamento della gola creata dal fiume Nera. Citato dalle fonti classiche, raffigurato da artisti e viaggiatori, vero capolavoro dell'architettura romana, è da porre in relazione alle grandi ristrutturazioni volute da Augusto nel 27 a.C., lungo il percorso della strada consolare Flaminia. Dell'imponente struttura originaria restano due piloni voltati ad arco sulla sponda del monte Corviano, una contrapposta sezione sulla sponda del monte Santa Croce e i ruderi di due piloni dell'arcata centrale, crollata prima del 1055.
