The name evokes the historical memory of the old city market of Perugia, via Nova, today via Mazzini, was the place where every day the products of our countryside were offered in a post-pourri of colors, aromas and different dialects.

Today we would like to re-propose that flavor of the past through the freshness and genuiinity of raw materials, trying to reconstruct that interactive relationship with the food that contemporary lifestyle too often tends to complicate.

Located on the ground floor of a charming building of one of the most characteristic streets of the historic center of Perugia, the restaurant is on two floors and has different environments both for the bar area and for catering, able to satisfy all tastes. A small taste factory in which images of particular views of the city take form and color on the walls.

Il nome evoca la memoria storica del vecchio mercato cittadino di Perugia, via Nova, oggi via Mazzini, era proprio il luogo dove ogni giorno i prodotti delle nostre campagne venivano offerti in un post-pourri di colori, aromi e dialetti differenti.

Oggi vorremmo riproporre quel sapore di una volta attraverso la freschezza e la genuinità delle materi prime, cercando di ricostruire quel rapporto interattivo con il cibo che il lifestyle contemporaneo troppo spesso tende a complicare.

Situato a piano terra di un suggestivo palazzo di una delle più caratteristiche vie del centro storico di Perugia, il locale è disposto su due piani e presenta diversi ambienti sia per la zona bar che per la ristorazione, in grado di accontentare tutti i palati. Una piccola fabbrica del gusto in cui alle pareti prendono forma e colore immagini di particolari scorci della città.
