The term FOODIE indicates a food and wine lover: we chose this name for our project because for us food and wine are a great love, almost a religion.
Before being professionals in the world of hospitality, we are real lovers of good food, a pleasure we don't want to give up. Always up with the new trends, always curious and experimentalists, we love Italian traditional cuisine as well as that of other countries.
Our aim is to convey to our customers our passion, our values, our great desire for new ideas through our services.

- Quality: We strongly believe that eating well is the most important thing and for this reason we carefully choose each ingredient, using selected suppliers who are able to guarantee the production cycle, favoring organic ingredients and local produce.

FOODIE IS RESTAURANT
The Restaurant " Redibis " is born from the awareness of a unique location and the will to save it from the obvious museum logic, in order to make it host the ancient ritual of dinner instead. We are in the Roman Theatre in Bevagna, built in the first century AD, probably under Emperor Trajan. A timeless setting along with an experimental and contemporary cuisine, able to give a gourmet experience out of the ordinary.

Il termine FOODIE indica un appassionato del cibo e del vino: abbiamo scelto questo nome per il nostro progetto perché per noi il cibo e il vino sono un grande amore, quasi una religione.
Prima di essere dei professionisti del mondo enogastronomico, noi siamo dei veri e propri amanti della buona tavola, ai cui piaceri non rinunciamo per principio. Sempre attenti alle nuove tendenze, sempre curiosi e sperimentalisti, amiamo la cucina della tradizione così come quella degli altri paesi.
Il nostro scopo è trasmettere ai nostri clienti la nostra grande passione, i nostri valori, il nostro grande desiderio di novità attraverso i nostri servizi.

FOODIE È RISTORANTE
Il Ristorante “Redibis” nasce dalla consapevolezza di un patrimonio immobiliare assolutamente unico e dal proposito di sottrarlo ad una scontata logica museale per vocarlo ad ospitare l’antico rito della tavola. Ci troviamo all'interno del Teatro Romano di Bevagna, costruito nel primo secolo dopo Cristo, presumibilmente sotto l’imperatore Traiano. Una location mozzafiato insieme ad una cucina sperimentale e ricercata, in grado di regalare un'esperienza culinaria fuori dall'ordinario.
