REALIZATION OF THE MAIOLICS.
The cover is a tile that measures 50x40cm. The rounds have a diameter of 20 cm. The tile and the rounds are enamelled. It is prepared the "spolvero" bucherellandolo, for the design to be transferred on the enamelled support. You dust the object, start with the brushes, painting the tiles with a contour that outlines the figures, once you have done the outline you then move on to the insertion of the color and proceed to spray the tiles and the rounds with the crystalline. Bake for cooking at 940 °. Once the tiles are cooked, the gold insert is placed on the prepared parts. You proceed with a third cooking at 700 ° and finally ready I can be set and bound together with the described book.

Il libro interamente realizzato da artigiani qualificati, è composto con carta pergamena, calligrafato e miniato a mano, rilegato e dipinto con maioliche incastonate, sempre a mano. Il tutto inserito in un cofanetto/mobile, che contiene appunto il libro, con ante che si aprono mostrando i tondi in maiolica decorata a mano incastonati. Il cofanetto aperto riproduce l’idea di un Trittico.

REALIZZAZIONE DELLE MAIOLICHE.
La copertina è una piastrella che misura 50x40cm. I tondi hanno un diametro di 20 cm. Si smaltano la piastrella e i tondi. Si prepara lo “spolvero” bucherellandolo, per il disegno da trasferire sul supporto smaltato. Si spolvera l’oggetto, si inizia con i pennelli dipingendo le piastrelle con un contorno che delinea le figure, una volta fatto il contorno si passa poi all’inserimento del colore e si procede a spruzzare con la cristallina le piastrelle e i tondi. Si infornano per la cottura a 940°. Una volta cotte le piastrelle si procede all’inserto di oro sulle parti predisposte. Si procede con una terza cottura a 700° e finalmente pronte posso essere incastonate e rilegate insieme al libro descritto.
