It is a contemplative Francis who regenerates in the rays of the sun. The sun is also a figure of the same God. And this is why the Canticle of the Creatures is also called the Canticle of Brother Sun.

È un Francesco contemplativo che si rigenera ai raggi del sole. Il sole è anche figura dello stesso Dio. E per questo il Cantico delle creature viene anche definito il Cantico di Frate Sole.
