> The third edition of the "SAGRANTINO CUP" will be held from the 22nd July to the 5th August 2018 at Parco Acquarossa in Gualdo Cattaneo (Pg) with the participation of over 100 beautifully coloured, ecological hot-air balloons arriving from all over the world; USA, Russia, Israel, Uk, France, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Austria, Croatia, Netherlands, Hungary, Canada, Czech Repubblic etc.

Every morning at 07.00 balloon teams will take-off all together from the launch-site and start their fascinating 60/90 minute flight over the wonderful umbrian countryside and see the region commonly known as the “Green Heart of Italy” from another perspective ... all this while suspended from a small wicker basket under a hot-air bubble trapped in a colourful cloth sack without a fixed destination but in the hands of the light early morning warm summer breeze.

The event will be a paradise for all photo enthusiasts with a photographic competition to be staged and all details of this can be seen from the official website sagrantinocup.it

There will be NO entry fee for spectators and photographers alike who wish to witness this unique spectacle of the inflation of the balloons and if lucky may even be offered a flight by a balloon pilot so as to experience this unique flight of a lifetime, take a few photos and even become winner’s of the photographic competition !!!

Non ci sarà alcuna tassa di iscrizione per gli spettatori e i fotografi che desiderano assistere a questo spettacolo unico dell'inflazione dei palloncini e, se fortunati, possono anche essere offerti un volo da un pilota di pallone in modo da vivere questo unico volo di una vita, prendere un poche foto e addirittura diventare vincitrice del concorso fotografico !!
