The court-type building, unusual among the eighteenth-century villas, is spread over a height of three plans to which a fourth is added to the main front only.The interior of the villa is particularly interesting as an architectural structure in the western part, characterized by a gallery and a large hall, both decorated and vaulted.On the ground floor is the chapel Oratorio public dedicated to the Immaculate Conception of which we have news since 1764. In 1930, died Benedetto Baglioni, emeritus scholar and author of numerous philosophical publications, was purchased by the counts Iraci Borgia.The villa, the current residence of the owners, is open to visitors guests of the farm ". The agritourism activity takes place instead on three farmhouses, scattered on the hill named: Caprareccia, The House of Hunt, The Poggio.

> Tutto partì da qui: "Le caratteristiche architettoniche sono rimaste sostanzialmente intatte, come si vede dalla raffigurazione della bella tempera di De Marchis del 1786. L’edificio di tipo a corte, inusuale tra le ville settecentesche, si sviluppa su un’altezza di tre piani a cui se ne aggiunge un quarto limitatamente alla fronte principale. L’interno della villa è particolarmente interessante come impianto architettonico nella parte occidentale, caratterizzato da una galleria e da un grande salone, entrambi decorati e voltati. Al piano terra è la cappella Oratorio pubblico dedicata alla Immacolata Concezione di cui si hanno notizie fin dal 1764. L'attività agrituristica si svolge invece su tre casolari, sparsi sulla collina chiamate Caprareccia, La Casa della Caccia, Il Poggio.
