> A HISTORY LONG EIGHTY YEARS
Tenuta Montenero, from a manor house of the 1940s,
after years of neglect and after a careful restoration it is reborn in all its beauty and originality.
Very easy to reach the estate stands in a wood of ancient flavor, with paths and natural terraces, a historic pine forest stands out in the park surrounded by a lush lawn.
The outdoor spaces have various spaces: gardens, terraces and squares that make entrance to the main villa.
The villa has several floors, easily connected by an elevator and a splendid staircase with an Art Deco stained glass window.

On the ground floor overlooking the gardens we find a lounge, the room is enriched by a fireplace in perfect style and the marble floor characterizes the style.

On the first floor, the main floor, where from a beautiful balcony and countless windows we can admire the vegetation that surrounds the entire estate, we can accommodate up to 160 people comfortably seated or use it as a ballroom after reception, enjoying a cocktail lounge in the same plane.

In the "Piazza Grande" that opens in front of the house where the trees create a natural sky.

Passing inside the Villa connected with a splendid "Artistic Tunnel" we find ourselves in the largest room of the estate where the chandeliers in crystals and fabrics are the masterpiece to make every moment spent in the Villa unforgettable.

From the top floor and the natural terraces we can see a beautiful panorama of Todi from the frame of the center of Perugia where the sunsets create a perfect script for moments that will remain etched in everyone's memories.

> UNA STORIA LUNGA OTTANTA ANNI
Tenuta Montenero, da dimora padronale degli anni '40, dopo anni di abbandono e dopo un accurato restauro rinasce in tutta la sua bellezza ed originalità.
Facilissima da raggiungere la Tenuta si staglia in un bosco di antico sapore, con sentieri e terrazzamenti naturali, una pineta storica primeggia nel parco contornata da un rigoglioso prato.
Gli spazi esterni dispongono di vari spazi: giardini, terrazze e piazze che fanno da ingresso alla villa padronale.
La villa dispone di più piani, facilmente collegati da un ascensore e da una splendida scalinata con un vetrata in stile Art Decò.
Al piano terra che affaccia direttamente nei giardini troviamo un salone arricchita da un caminetto perfettamente in stile e il pavimento in marmo ne caratterizza lo stile.

Al primo piano, il piano nobile, dove da un bellissimo balcone e le innumerevoli vetrate possiamo ammirare la vegetazione che circonda tutta la Tenuta.

Nella "Piazza Grande" che si apre davanti la dimora dove gli alberi creano un cielo naturale.

Passando all'interno della Villa collegato con un splendido "Tunnel Artistico" ci ritroviamo nella sala più grande della Tenuta dove i lampadari in cristalli e tessuti fanno da padrone per rendere indimenticabile ogni momento passato in Villa.

Dall'ultimo piano e dalle terrazze naturali riusciamo a scorgere un bellissimo panorama dall'altura di Todi alla cornice del centro di Perugia dove i tramonti creano una perfetta sceneggiatura per momenti che rimarranno impressi nei ricordi di tutti.
